As a constant traveler, I take work phone calls in very odd places:

– The truck cabs of pretty much every truck we’ve owned, whether the truck held up the rooftop tent, or pulled our former travel trailer.

– In the middle of a cattle ranch in Southern Arizona

– Next to a fabricated volcano (which occasionally erupted) above a golf course, near a casino in Mississippi.

– Once I was so high up in the mountains near Lake Chelan in a spot that no longer had cell reception. So… I parked my car next to the cabin to pick up wifi for calls.

– Another time, I was on the phone with a business student who lives in the Middle East. My location was not far from the Hoover Dam, but perhaps a little too close to a helipad, because a very loud helicopter landed twice during our session! Hahaha

This is my work life on the road, and my husband Dylan and I have started to podcast about it through our travel website.

I will be creating more episodes that focus on doing business while RV traveling all over the country, but until then, I hope you enjoy our first few episodes! Mostly about waking up at Walmart, being pregnant and nomadic, and what started this journey for us.
